Deputy Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)


We require an Early Years Practitioner, on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, with experience to support the Manager and monitor high quality care at our wonderful Nursery. Enthusiasm, flexibility and an immense desire to promote excellent care and education for children (0-8) are a must, along with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with parents and guardians.

You will have the ability to plan, guide, and help motivate the team of hard working and dedicated staff who have a fantastic team spirit. Previous experience in a similar post/managing staff/supervising is essential. 

You will need to hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in a childcare related qualification (such as CCLD, or equivalent) with a sound knowledge of EYFS.

Hours per week: 40 Salary: £17,472
